Erim Sheikh

"She always adopts an empathic approach ...."

Erim joined the HSBS Law Team in September 2016 as a Paralegal working within the Immigration and Family Law departments, and has recently qualified as a Solicitor with the firm. She has a keen interest in human rights which is reflected in her empathy for her clients, but equally likes to challenge herself within the firm’s conveyancing department. During her time at the firm, Erim has gained a wide range of skills which she utilises in the successful outcome of her cases and continues to develop these skills in her day-to-day work.

Erim is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Erim graduated with a Law degree from Queen Mary University of London in 2016, having taken part in several pro-bono initiatives during her time there. Erim then went on to successfully complete her LPC at the University of Law, Guildford, with an LLM in Professional Legal Practice before undertaking her Training Contract at the firm in 2018.

Outside of work

Erim thoroughly enjoys travelling and combines this with her interest in photography and art whilst also taking a keen interest in literature and writing in her spare time.
